Waverunner 285 - Fiberglass fast cruiser  25 - 30 kts

This design has it's origins in the thousands of similar designs one can find on any summers day in the beautiful waters around Sweden, Denmark and Norway. This design come with construction boat plans for building in fiberglass only and contains many sheets of drawings to scale detailing the full construction process To save lofting time full size patterns are included for each frame.

WAVERUNNER 285 FIBERGLASS. LAUNCHED, SURVEYED AND COMPLETED SEA TRIALS !   Good Day Bruce, The boat launch was a great success and I have to commend on the stability of the boat design. The sea trials went very well and the full speed complete circle turns were very reassuring. I've attached the "Sea Trials" report and the "Hydrostatic Data" report which can be added to your records.  Finally I'm a boat owner and very proud too!!!!

Hi Bruce,  Boat is running well and I'm glad I chose this particular hull as it's so stable. The boat is certified to take 12 people and the draught with 12 people is 40 cms. I've made a "love seat" on the front, which is a big hit. There have been many compliments on the boat design with lots of interest on who built the boat, so I'm very pleased.  Best regards, Colin

Hi Guys, I’ve attached some photos of my project. As I’ve gone for a stern-drive engine setup, I’ve modified the transom to suit. Consequently I’ve redesigned the interior as well. There will be two levels of flooring. The lower flooring will be the 2 cabins and the upper floor the nav deck and goin over the engine compartment to the transom. I also plan to fit an extended board aft of the transom to cover the stern-drive. The project is a one man band affair so it’s taking longer than planned but hey !! I’m having fun too.
